The double room was fine, and the bed was super comfy. Parking was easy too, and we had a nice girl help us at check-in. But the shuttle was a nightmare, took over an hour to get to the airport, and it was cramped. Not cool when you're racing to catch a flight!

The proximity to the airport is a definite advantage, making it convenient for travelers. The spacious Business King Room featured a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night before an early flight. However, service could use improvement. I waited an hour and a half for the airport shuttle after a long journey, which was frustrating. Additionally, noise from the street and hallway made for a less than peaceful atmosphere during the night.

Staying here with my large family and grandchild was enjoyable, especially visiting the New England Aquarium nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, the room could've used more kid-friendly amenities. An indoor play area would be great for families with children.
